Additional Course Points (Flensburg))


Those, who repeatedly attract attention in a foreseeable period of time and therefore get several entries at the central index of traffic offenders in Flensburg should take part in an additional course points, i.e. you commit one or more offenses or breaches of laws and thus a legal decision has been made, your responsible authority will order your participation in an additional course.

The profit of a participation is that you can reduce your points in Flensburg by up to 4 points. This, however, is only possible if you take part in a course before your 9th point is entered in Flensburg.

Official Channels:

After your points have been registered at the central index of traffic offenders, a note will be sent to the traffic authority (district administration Freising) that you have attracted attention. The district administration in Freising will order your participation in an ASP course. A deadline will be fixed within which you have to proof your course registration and your completed participation in an ASP course. If you do not comply with the order within the fixed period, your driver's license will be suspended and returned only after your having taken part in such a course. Take it seriously because you may pay for it with your driver's license and thus your job. As these courses are not that cheap you should pay attention that you receive a return favor for your money. Of course there are differences in the way the courses are held and their efficiency.

Contents of the course:

The course consists of 5 meetings. Four meetings each 135 minutes long and a test drive for about 45 minutes between the first and the second meeting.

The minimum of participators is 6, the maximum is 12.

The fee has to be paid at the beginning of the course. Only if you take part in all parts of the course and for the full time you will be given a certificate in the end.
