Auffälligkeiten

1st Level:

Conviction: If you act conspicuously during your probation in a way that an entry has to be made into the central index of traffic offenders in Flensburg, i.e. you commit one or more offenses or breaches of laws and thus a legal decision has been made, your responsible authority will order your participation in an additional course.

Measures:

2nd Level:

Conviction:New conspicuousness during your probation after having already attended an additional course.

Measures: Caution by driver's license authority with a recommendation to consult a traffic psychologist within two months on a voluntary basis. If you consult the psychologist your points at the central index of traffic offenders will be reduced by two.

3rd Level:

Conviction: Renewed conspicuousness after the period of time stated in the caution for consulting a traffic psychologist.

Measures: Suspension of the license with a waiting period of at least three months.

Official Channels:

After your points have been registered at the central index of traffic offenders, a note will be send to the traffic authority (district administration Freising) that you have acted conspicuously. The district administration in Freising will order your participation in an ASF course. A deadline will be fixed within which you have to proof your course registration and your completed participation. In Freising you get a list of driving schools offering the next additional course. If you do not comply with the order within the fixed period, your driver's license will be suspended and returned only after your having taken part in such a course. Take it seriously because you may pay for it with your driver's license and thus your job, krid. Protests and challenges against the administration's order do not have a postponing effect. As these courses are not that cheap you should pay attention that you receive a return favor for your money. Of course there are differences in the way the courses are held and their efficiency.

Contents of the courses:

The course consists of 5 meetings. Four meetings each 135 minutes long and a test drive for about 45 minutes between the first and the second meeting.

The minimum of participators is 6, the maximum is 12.

The fee has to be paid at the beginning of the course. Only if you take part in all parts of the course and for the full time you will be given a certificate in the end.
